Help newbie fittment of FSE power boost valve

Hi recent new member see forum below a few blue bp0 got :)

Just got a new boost valve cheap of a friend for cheaps. Down side is no fitting guide has or dose anyone no how to fit this item. Please help.

Alot people say that yet same amount people say it is a good idea so though try if no take it off.
Can't really hurt the bank at 20 with gauge so ubcan set properly???
Plus good feedback would be great as Liams comment although his opinion doesn't really help with the fitting???

And Liam is this comment from u doing this to a sr20 or again what u have just heard?
Have u mechanical knowledge as I am trained up to level 3 and increasing the ratio of fuel correctly can increase throttle response and pick up ???

Correctly being the important part, not by bleeding off pre metered air or allowing unmetered air in. I'm not sure which the fse does

If you can explain the working idea of it to me I might believe. I have one here in a 100nx if I got a explanation of how it works I'd try it on her N16

Well gt an n15 gti sr20 and there was a chap on here had running 3:3 bar and then drop down to 3 bar a states a noticeable difference ???
Will give it a werl when I get it and keep ya updated . Think can work out fitting only vacuum line ,fuel delivery and fuel return so be easy :/

Oh. You are talking about an adjustable fuel pressure regulator? IE goes on the fuel line/rail?

Power boost valves go on the breather hoses on the intake and add/remove air willy nilly to give 'more' power apparently.

Im running an adjustable fuel pressure reg and i ended up wuth it set at standard pressure (3bar). That was probably my post you read.

Worked a tyres and exhaust for a bit but wanted do something more.challenging. So trying get some were new! More tuning and dynos lol.
And yh sorry my bad fse power valve ie adjusting fuel reg . I an going 3;3 qnd seeing how it go,s. ;)

Ill grab a photo of where each line goes to today if I can. Don't forget to set the pressure with the vacuum hose off the regulator

I used to have a fse on my old Sr20 set up..

they are good units... But I would suggest rebuilding them after 20/30k worth of useage.... As the interior diaframs are know for corroding as mine did...

They are only 30 quid from demon tweeks.

I now run a SARD fpr... Big difference in quality and accuracy.

The pipes you get with FSEs can split and throw fuel everywhere. Unless you have some other fairly serious mods you dont really need them. Once you have cams, header, full exhaust etc then you can increase the fueling slightly.

There pointless imo, ive over doubled the standard horsepower of my car and running stock regulator but with bigger injectors/fuel pump
