is there any way i can get the almera lower than 40mm with out buying coilovers

all four of my shockies were knackered so iv replaced all for but still with the 40mm sprongs its brick hard prob to do wi the 17s n the 40mm profile on thm, the front is low but the back didnt go much lower.
