Key won't turn and steering is locked

Hello,
It sounds like this must be the steering wheel lock. Don't worry, it's perfectly normal for it to do that, in fact this is implemented in almost all cars from the era.
The wheel is turning itself in one direction, all you have to do is pull on it in the other direction, then insert the key and turn it. This will disengage the lock, that's it.

(Altrough the guy says wiggle it, you really only have to just turn it to the other direction)
