bin on the gtir owners club for about 4 years now

its not just the clutch that needs replacing its the engine fork & master cylinder plus labour

clutch is more important than brakes atm
 
Test drove a modified '94 import. and was gobsmacked by the raw performance if not by the handling. I can afford to buy, run and insure one but throw £800 bills at me a few times a year and it'd be in autotrader...

Find me one with a bullet proof clutch, gearbox & drivetrain and i'd give you 8 grand.
 
drivetrain aint so bad but gearboxes and clutches go quite a lot on the modded ones because they cant handle the power

i'll prolly try an keep it for a year then maybe see how much its costing me and sell it on

if i cant get the money together to fix it now it'll have to go in autotrader lol

None of em are spring chickens either.lol
