here are a few more pics... taken with a mates Vectra GSI. And one of the engine bay as requested, im sure you will agree that the engine needs a bit of care and attention... that is my next job Although I have had a 4-2-1 manifold fitted since that pic.

I have the manifold on now and started to clean up the engine... The difference so far(compare to the above post)...

Its getting there! Much better than it was anyway

What'd you use on your intake manifold and rocker to clean it up?

I used degreaser, wire brushs, drill with wire brush drill bit, and metal polish. Its not perfect but its not too bad considering I didnt take the rocker cover off.
