didnt see that tom, i never really go on the GTiR sites anymore as it makes me want another one, plus 90% of GTiR owners these days are stupid chavs that have found out how to do the 1 bar loop then blow it up :(

lol, make it topless with just the cage and a lip for a windscreen like a caterham r500 :D
 
not too sure yet boss, the interior will be getting painted and im not sure on that either, white interior with lime green cage? :D
 
sent the N1 cams off to newman today, had a good chat with ken newman. surprising as it was, he had actually heard of the VVL before, just never done anything on them. when i basically said the cams are pretty much identical to vtec cams, he understood.

unfortunately there is only bad news at the moment. he said he might find it hard to find a blank to machine the copy cam, if he cant it will be a full billet jobby which is £500 per cam :eek:

he also said he is going to x-ray the exhaust cam to check for hairline cracks etc. if the billet job is the way forward then i wont be spending that much and if the exhaust cam is ok im just going to lash that in :lol::cool:

also, my bumper is getting painted for the shoot :D and ive just sent the money off for my other seat, so it will be going in next week while im off work
