n00b in Taunton needs hayelp!!

cant be that much, i have had 2 for my GTi, a second hand 1 that was £20, and a recon for £60. brand new ones for the 2litre were going fro round £120 - £130. i would have thought that a 1.6 starter would be less than that!!!

I'm sure that there are some that are easy to please ... just wish they'd introduce themselves to me ... and preferably when mine isn't around, huh huh huh huh .. ahem, sorry bout that, right i'm off to put me new battery into the almera and then give it a clean .... shiny!
