Thats a good idea but i dont know of any places localy that would do that kinda work.
Perhaps if several of you all send him emails at once saying you like the product but are concerned about customer service and shipping times and it is detering many customer. He might take you seriously. Maybe i just got lucky but the transaction went quite smoothly for me.

This has left me totally undecided - some people are saying don't go near them & others that it's fine
