Soo many replies ,wow.
If the majority of you would like me to stay then i'd be happy Too. Could o with some help tho, don't want things going down the drain coz I can't take care of it all at the moment!

Mate you have got to stay, I would go with Sparky-marcky idea and I'm sure the rest of the Mods will agree with this. I'm sure all are willing to help you as well. Myself I'm not about as much as i used to be ( new job is taking its tole ) But I can help out if I can !

It's up to you regarding the access powers as it what you want do on that really. I agree with what you said in an earlier thead about too many people with the admin access. Just think unless people are fully clued up on how to do stuff there's always the chance of accidently cocking something up.
I reckon the shared responsibility is a good idea tho. As I said before I think most people would struggle to have enough time on here but maybe with sharing it would work.

I've just been going over the comments everyone as posted and I think it would be ashame if you stepped down mate. You staying on as suggested in a sleeping capacity and then delegating stuff seems like the best idea and you sound happy with the idea.
Like offered before I am more than happy to spend some of my time working on and promoting the AOC in whatever capacity I can.
tbh I am active memeber on a few sites and I have not found that the sense of community and the help we give each other here is matched on any of the others. I think it really would be a loss to see the club on a decline when we can do something about it.
How about setting up a new list of staff for a start and seeing who still wants to work on/for the club and who wants to be just a member? Or how about regional heads, that oganise local meets then the regional heads can organise convoys etc for full club meets on a regular basis and get all this info on the site.
Whatever you decide mate, good luck with it and thanks for the work you have put into the club so far.
