Hi,
Just joined the forum after buying a 98 Almera GTi in Black.
Picking it up tomorrow am, looking forward to the drive home.
Always had a thing for Jap cars, and have so far had an Mk1 MX5, 2 Imprezas and a Toyota Soarer TT, will be interesting to see how the Almera compares.
That's about it, just saying hi!

Pics to follow once I've picked her up and it stops raining.
Initial plans are to fix the niggles - a bit of bubbling on the arches, the heater resistor needs doing, and no doubt I'll find some more bits that need doing.
Then it's a case of finding out which mods can be done without spending a fortune - I did pay less than £800 quid for the old girl!

You will have to let me know how it compares to the Sorear, my bro has had 5 of those now on the single turbo version on coilovers :drool:

Hello there and welcome along.

You sure have had a good car history! GTi looks nice, will be a good starting point and it looks like its in need of a wash :P
