newbie, help please

thanks guys, the fuel coming from the disconnected pipe is squirting out, under pressure, can't understand why it's not getting to the cylinders.
i'll try another ht lead and plug tomorrow??

could be the coil tho or the dizzy cap are ya getting a spark from the ht lead from the coil?

i replaced the dizzy cap, still no spark?
is there a coil on the car?? only 4 ht leads on the dizzy cap?
is there some kind of swich/sensor in the doors/door handles, that trigger the imobiliser??

no imobiliser is to do with the chip. im sure its like a triangle, its chip transponder and ecu and if there is a break in the triangle thats when it would kick in

i'm gonna take the almera to a local garage, they were a nissan dealer for years, but now a vauxhall dealer!!??
i spoke to one of the mechanics, he does think it is an imoliliser problem, its booked in after the new year:(
i'll let you guys know what happens, thankyou all very much for trying to help me sort out this problem:)

fule to the rail but not the cyclinders sounds like the injectors to me, as for no spark could be a number of things. ht leads, plugs oh and yeas there is a coil but its integral with the dizzy. there is a self dianostic mode try that and see if it shows anything up
