Painting/coating wheels

im sure kelv had his powder coated and i think this can be the best and cheapest way to do it properly. if there in good condition then you can just take them to somewhere that does powder coating and get them sand blasted and powder coated which im 99% sure will be cheaper than getting a wheel refurbing company to do it

you could paint them but i would never trust paint that i had applied on wheels so would go to a proffesional which would probably cost a fair bit, if your willing to have a go yourself then it may be worthwhile having a go and if it doesnt work get them powder coated, at least if it works you have probably saved a fair bit of money

Powder coat them. Costs around £35 a wheel, and gives them a perfectly uniform, durable, bright (if thats what you want) finish, in any colour. Like sprint said i had mine done white and the colour never faded or reacted to the brake dust or anything, cant recommend it enough!

does this still apply white wanting brite white wheels?? been thinking of doing this with my GTi alloys, whitening them.... not sure about it though, would it look nice with a black GTi??....

kelv, do you think white on a red car would looks good?

white on red is imo the best combination, theres a p11 on npoc with buddy club wheels in white on a red car and it looks amazing and iv seen a couple more than have also looked very very good
