i usually grind a slot in the side of the casting, then drift the broken stud out sideways
then screw a high tensile bolt into whats left of the thread, and weld the notch up and trim to length

find a local fab shop with a stud welder...weld a smaller stud on and then lock two nuts together..the heat frees the old stud.I've done it more than once and it usually works.

EN WAAAN THROTTLE BODY arrived today thanks to neo-vvl and is a perfect fit for the Greddy manifold.. also picked up a fucked T28 with a decent exhaust housing so I can get my turbo back up and running
