Yeah if you get everything from it.
You'll need the alarm unit; Its a small black box underneath the ash tray in the centre console... you'll have to take out the handbrake/gearstick cover off to get to it, And obviously you'll need the master fob too, then you'll need to reprogram your old fobs to the new one... then voila you should be sorted.
