i'd personally re-flow the first, second and fourth pins from the left of the bottom row, apart from that it looks ok, none of the traces look burnt or lifted so it should be fine

Fucking hell Chris, did he use a shovel to solder yours? Thats shocking, not to mention the leads bent inwards.

Rich, as Phil has said, 1,2 & 4 on the bottom row need resoldering. But dont use any old gas iron, you need a proper soldering station that heats to around 400*F.

apart from the bent pins hally's doesn't look too bad, most of what you see is just flux, and the ic looks to have had a sticker/heatsink on it that's been removed, but silicone can take a fair bit of heat so that's not a worry either

old ones were getting worn so replaced with some which were in better condition
