SAT/NAV Clock problem

I have an issue with the SAT/NAV Clock on the screen, something happened and the clock stays always at 00:00 and I can't change the hour. The GPS antenna is connected and working properly, and the Self Diagnostic doesn't show any issue with any unit including the GPS antenna. Also, the option to change the hour in the Clock Setting does not allow me to change the hour. Thank you in advance.
 
Did you ever manage to resolve this - or does anyone have any suggestions? Exactly the same thing has happened to me today
