Well,I was thinking of getting a custom made bellhousing made to fit onto the DE block to suite a Type 9 Sierra gearbox.This would be I wouldn't have to get a prop made to fit an Atlas axle or anything.Have been told a bellhousing would cost around the £150-£250 mark to be made to suit whatever engine.Ye...should be good power and just be different.Should sound sweet going through the woods and down the lanes

I'm going to be asking you a lot of questions once I get the shell done by the looks of things Ian....ha ha

it is easier on a FWD DE block yes, but not to go in a RWD car, definitely use a RWD DE(T) block

So RWD DE(T) block,bored out to 90mm with VE pistons and rods and stage 3 cams,springs and retainers....Sounds sweet

dont even need the VE rods what i meant was a set of forged rod or you can use DE rods depends on the budget..

DE rods will be fine, get some ARP bolts for them and you will be laughing
