Well after about a year on here, these are the first decent photo's i've took of my car, with a proper camera that doesn't flip everything backwards!

Here is my new genuine suteki vent, meny thanks to big_mac :)

its not a genuine one, its better than that, its one I made  , acuatally its one of the first ones I made as the quality isnt up to much and I sold it to consett for cheap

needs beefing up the car, looks like a wimp without a kit

well after enjoying my GTi for the last 6-7month's hassle free (after all the modifications i done during the year) my brakes began to fade on the rear (I check my brakes every 2month's on a brake roller, the joy's of working in a garage :)) This was after previously putting new genuine disc's, redstuff pad's, genuine handbrake cables, genuine fitting kit and none genuine rear calipers. (At the time of my brakes needing changed, the caliper's were on backorder form nissan for 6weeks!!)

I put my car on a brake fluid pressure tester and the brake fluid was reading low on the rear, so after some help from MattMera we traced an actuator (which control's the fluid pressure to the front and back wheels) After fitting it the problem was rectified and everything was good.

Now the people who know me will already know this but when it comes to part's for my own personal car im pretty much anally retented. I only use genuine part's unless they are performance related (which i use top brands like HKS, Nismo, JWT)

So now that i have correct pressure and good reading's on the rear on the brake rollers, i decided to swap my "Eicher Brakes" caliper's for some genuine nissan babies.

now you may get the slider bolt's, the handbrake lever, and the brake carrier with the price, but still at 212.00 excluding VAT EACH they are a bit steep. But anyway thats the price for being retarded people! And at least i can say without a shadow of a doubt i look after my car extremely well.

Here they are in all of their nissan glory...

Still to fit i have a Genuine Nissan Clutch Assembly (when i finally get my fidanza) and my VZR grille i baught from shiny blue over a year ago but havn't got round to fitting it due to moving house etc and helping my work colleague re-build his Honda Prelude.

Hopefully should be active on the forum a bit more from now on, so expect me to spend alot more money this comming year :)

Thanks

Syms

P.S The rear caliper's im removing from the car will be for sale soon, and have only covered 1,700miles. There isn't a patch of rust on them and the handbrake leaver's had been greased once a month since on the car.
