I think they look good with the tint as it stops the amber being so in your face. And sets nicely with the blue. When i switch em i'll put the p1's up for grabs i think. If not keep as spares as im already considering a 2nd nissan as a project car ^^

Personally, I'd stick with silver wheels as they're a nice match with the bright blue paint. However, it's all about choice & personal preference

EDIT- Have decided the stock speakers in the front are REALLY crap.. So am switching them to some tasty Orange Vibe 13cm's.

Still considering what to put in the back though? Any recommendations.

Also! My heat shield looks like absolute crap! Is there any paint good enough that it wont peel or chip or burn i can chuck on it?

Have decided. I am gonna eventually get the water tanks ect, chrome custom if possible. And definatly a complete exhaust. However for now... Does anyone know of any specialists or retailers that have a chrome manifold for my car and i wanna get rid of that shitty black plastic? rocker cover... I dont know of anythng that'd sit on top of it? And i dont wanna paint the plastic one unless thats possible with temporary but reasonable results?

Ahhhh sorry yeah I'm with you now of course . I'd say it would be fine to paint. If anything better than metal. As long as you primer it well.

I am going to be doing my speaker pods tomorrow wooo! Thansk to the guys for the how to's on them. I was unsure but now i can fiddle dee dee my way to a sweeter ICE.

Don't take it off, just disconnect leads and mask everything with tape and a big sheet

Mine just passed it's MOT with medium-heavy rear tint-from-a-can.

Have a look at black Team Dynamics Pro-Race 1.2 (click my sig to see mine, though mine are the chrome lip special edition ones). Multi-spoke looks really nice on N16s and at 17" they weight a little lesse than standard steelies so go for 16" for speed and 17 for handling/looks.

I wasnt looking forward to removing the cover
I will do that after i finish off the drivers side door. Just modded the passenger side got rid of thats hitty stock speaker grill for a elevated base for my new speakers

I'll look more into the tint when i get the stage of replacing the P1 lights. ^_^
