It's odd because SR20s are usually bullet proof and fixes are generally easy. If you've checked all the above it's hard to come up with another possible reason. On the plus side engines for these go for peanuts and as you're a mechanic fitting it won't be a problem . So if you don't find the cause, a new engine might be the way to go, and it still won't be an expensive fix.
Exactly what I was thinking they are bullet but maybe I have a dud but also the head has typed on the side of after a closer inspection maybe it a dodgy head and just gonna throw another engine and turbo it
There is typex on side of head but have noticed all primera gt have this.
Tried unplug 02 no difference either
I am narrowing it down to chain is stretched or unlikely but both cats are blocked also the cat back exhaust pattern part is smaller in diameter than Nissan oe, can this cause lumpy driving???
Is it definately a gti and not just a lower model with an sr20 ? You seem to have thrown a lot of parts and cleaners at it so far. As above ^^ have you tried a fuel pump ?
