What is this window thing for?

Ahem - I think they're glass guides, and only come into play when closing the window at speed. Above 40 - 50 mph theres a fair bit of suction in an open window, and the glass needs a help??

Or they're bugs put there by the Government to keep an eye on y'all.

Or not.
 
tried it earlier, opened window then tried closing it at 60mph, and it looked pretty stable :confused: didn't shake or anything enough to need a hand lining up
 
im stumped to be honest, i can still put my windows up fine at over a ton without the need for these blocks
 
It's a guide that just helps the glass follow into the rubber at the top. At high speed the glass can move in the wind and this helps it not to go outside the channel.
