Thats why i went for a N16 and not a N15...If i was single with no kids then a N15 it might of been so not its just getting the little N16 a little quicker.

The N15 was one of the best if not the best nissan ever built, nissan after 00 went down hill in build quality and reliability
Not biased there much then ? :roll: Sorry, but judging by how many N16s there are locally - especially compared to N15s - there are plenty who'd disagree with you.
That's fair enough. Unfortunately there are a few members who think that the only Almera worth talking about is an N15 Gti. I like them personally, but it does get a little tiring when that minority start slagging N16s off.
Yea i see that....At the end of the day they are both nissans so whats the problem
In my eyes you can go wrong with them.
I do have 1 problem tho...There is not enough parts for the N16 and its doing my head in.
If you want wheels, air filters, body kits, springs, backboxes or even a manifold - they're all available. Beyond that though & we're struggling. Custom-made is possible for some parts, but they come at a price ! 
But tbh, I sometimes think that having less available 'off the shelf', makes modding the N16 more of a personal choice & interesting challenge. All depends what you want out of your car. I haven't seen a single car that looks identical to mine & I'm happy with that.

Where lol...I have spent days looking for a manifold and body kit....I got a custom straight through exhaust done and need manifold bad.
I would just point you at my old thread but tbh there's that many pages and stuff you might just get bored.
I had the 1.5 twin cam so not the sport. It was by no means the quickest in a straight line but good god did it handle well. I had so much fun in it. Mick_87 has it now.

Having owned the N16 before and now the GTi I would say the N15 feels like a better put together car than the N16 standard. It is a shame though that nissan never gave the N16 some proper power as I think it could, potentially, be a better car than the GTi if it did. The N16 put a smile on my face when I was on the bends. The N15 puts a smile on my face every single time I drive it.

Once you've joined the gang mate, you'll have better access to all the relevant info. After all, most of the stuff folk ask for has already been discussed here a few times. Let's face it, £16 isn't going to buy you a lot for the car - but it will help you for ages on here !

LOL i just lost my job few weeks ago so every penny counts.
When i have spare funds i will join for sure but untill then..My car other things will be going slow.
