whiteline 4 point underbrace; bad fitment issues

Send it back. It doesn't fit and you paid £170 odd for it. You shouldn't have to put someone else's mistake right.
 
may ask supraslayer about test fitting it. I'm getting a new exhaust made at some point so might ask him to just cut and reweld if it is possible; sending it back is an issue as it came from australia so will lose out as much sending it back
 
Sending it back isn't your problem, if its a manufacturing defect. Test fit on another Almera, again with photo evidence, and contact them.
I imagine they have good customer support.
 
That's true. If there is a genuine defect then they will most likely direct you to a UK based supplier for a refund/exchange.
I you have it off at te moment just have a measure across the hole centres both directions and note them down. You can then cross check that with the repair manual to see if it is anywhere close. Satin tht it looks like an angle issue rather than a hole centre issue.
 
I had to file a couple of the holes a little too to get it to line up; I will have a measure none the less when I get the chance to unbolt it and see the next plan of action
