almera spec lists

god... if you really wanna declare a bumper off another almera go ahead... but thats stupid.

there is declaring mods... and there is replacing parts that got "damaged" ;) interior, bumpers, etc.

things like exhaust and filter you should definately declare as any insurance adjuster worth his salt will spot those things. but nobody is gonna look at a car and say "you there. thats not the original seats!"

If your 5k for insurance then dont bother with it in the first place, if you ever got caught your fine would be cheaper.

Have you properly answered all the questions - adding parents onto insurance (As they might want to drive the car), obviously you park your car on the driveway dont you? It isnt modified of course, and you walk/cycle to work so you wont need it to commute, 3k miles a year is about right.
Just got quoted £300 for my next quote, with 3 points.

I see what your saying :D

Wont be possible to add my parents, but my sister might be added as second driver which should drop the prices a bit and if i end having to share it then i'll make her pay half the costs of the insurance :D

i dont have a job at the moment so i put the occupation as student, does that bump up prices?

Yup. Thankfully I'm now a civil servant and knocked about 15% off.
Girls nearly always bring car insurance down (Tasha on my SRi meant I had £100 less to pay).
