Almeragt´s SR20VE Almera

Pfft, there is me thinking that this was an open budget build!

With a conventional arse end this would be in the the top 3 for me.

... not at all... For me is the most important technical condition of the car. Now it´s really in 100% thech. condition without any rust! All the suspension parts were sandblasted, have zinc coat and then were powdercoated... New refurbished tank, tank neck etc. I´m not gonna change anything more. The last thing will be mechanical LSD from MFactory ;)...

if some of your friends wants to buy sr20ve we have fresh delivery in Poland lots of them straight from Japan and they are 100km from slovakia border :) I thought your one might be from there becouse some Slovaks bought few of them from there

Like the way you welded the plenum to the adapter plate!

You should get the xcessive elbow to point the TB down, instead of straight out.

So the car is finally on the road! Many THANKS to Raddy, Roman and Jagy. Without you guys it would be impossible to make this project real! Thanks!

Car has complete new map for modified Xcessive plenum with velocity stacks, 4 inch intake pipe with integrated MAF and Q45 TB... The car is now a real beast! Pulling like a train... Will be on dyno next week...

Have made some photos - quality is poor /didn´t have much time, so I took some pictures by phone only/, but anyway I will hope you will like it...

so i see you used a ve maf in a 4inch intake pipe (like) what did you need to do to get it to work, tuning/fabrication wise?

yes, I´m using Almera GTi /same as VE/ MAF sensor. We had to change the map - for the first start up We had to make correction in the map - injectors have to be opened longer, so you have to change lenght of the open injectors... /was changed about more than 50% /. Without this correction, is unable to start the car up... Than the new map has been done of course...

i prefered the OZ wheels myself, not a fan of 5 spoke wheels but thats just me. really neat work on the engine bay, fuse boxes look cute together. should be knocking on the door of 165-170whp possibly now.
