Autech Pulsar Version

i think ill i might just stick to black then, and maybes paint the ASP badge, at least with these guys i won't have to wrap it afterwards, as there coating will reduce the heat alot so no need to use exhuast wrap etc..

black would look good; wanna get it coated quickly also as have noticed when I have blasted stuff before, if it is left for a while essentially naked, the rust will return (probly due to moisture in the air)

yeah i will keeping it stored in the warm bedroom wrapped up :)
^ this. looking good chap, get it fitted already
cheers yeah as soon as its painted, which ive just emailed asking for the price in solid black, but also to see if i can send it through couriers for the work to be done then sent back as its a 4hour drive there alone :(

I'd do it myself with high temp paint as you could probably do the whole thing for less than a tenner.

I'd do it asap before it starts to tarnish. As long as you leave it to fully harden it should be ok and would save the possibility of it getting damaged by a courier.

hey rob yeah i was tempted in doing it myself but it needs to be hot when doing the spray so it can cure properly, plus im liking this company for the work they carry out and the stuff they use and details how good and what good it does for the car.
im not sure ill wait for there reply who knows i might just have a day trip out on the train i suppose lol..

Black will look best imo

I have to give that place a buzz.I never really gave sandblasting a think till i'd seen what Ed got done the other week with the subframe. And now seeing your header done also just makes me what to get some bits done the same way !

So no update really, thought I'd share some photos of her just cleaned today, after bringing her back on the road on Friday and my tax for 6months was £166 :(
Big things will be happening this year ready for JAE, full fibreglass front and a full respray..

Looking good.

Not sure about bronze on black. If going for metallic I'd go for something stronger.. maybe copper and get orange indicators and details to carry it through the car. Primary or monochrome colours always look best against black though you need some matching details to carry a colour through the car.

Just my taste, of course.

Disagree with that. Bronze is sweet on black. Especially if it's matte or satin.

Black bronze and purple that's my aim ;)

That could work really well, purple is almost the opposite of bronze. Still need some extra orange somewhere so the bronze doesn't look too random and keep the bronze/orange to purple ratio quite high. 80% base, 15% compliment, 5% contrast is about perfect.
