You're talking 5mm difference in profile between the too, that's it :) (talking about comfort, so it shouldnt be affected, interesting that it's better though!).

What tyres are on these wheel Chris? They might be Falkens iirc as I recommended them to G before.
 
It drove pretty fucking amazing before it got set up tbh mate, but munched through the tyres. But it just feels more "together" now and changed the set up so don't eat the tyres :)

Lol, I know it's only 5mm, but you usually hear folk complaining after coming off the 15's but maybe it's the jump to 17's where you start to feel issues. Eagle F1's x2, Avon ZZ3 and Nexen mate
 
good god the slips look immense and the colour on that first pic is insane, what i always wanted mine to look like
