Well while fitting my new tweeter covers from a P1 (their darker) so look better against the black Nissan mats and black dash a gust of wind decided it wanted to introduce my door to the wall.

Nice shine though....

Cheers guys. You can see the mark on the wall too! I'll get Chips Away out and get a price on repair and the odd other dent on rear under the window so I won't be leaving it like that. Fingers crossed they can do something with it especially with it just being above the natural crease of the door! Shame it's had a respray in a slightly different shade cause I've got a bs7 door sitting in my shed lol!

Oh and the p1 covers look amazing! Have no idea why Nee-san decided to change the colour!
 
That's what I said in my first post.

Anything's better than the lighter plastic, but not the best of pics. I liked how the BMW's etc all have black dash/pillars/headlining. Ross's Autech has it too.

All aboard the Rota bandwagon :)

Slipstreams have been bought, fingers crossed everything goes to plan and I can get them on Sunday, fitted and then of to CLCM for laser allignment by Monday!

How has this thread had 14k view I'll never know.
 
Shitty shitty day.

Met up with mates, went to tidy up rear calipers for the Rota's being fitted. Did one caliper. Tightening up the locking well nut and snap. Pattern on the key came right off and the metal was stuck in the wheel nut. Mad panic at 2pm for solutions how to get it sorted in time to actually go pick up the wheels. Local Kwik Fit said no, suggested Halfrauds. They were a no and said try AA/RAC. Had to phone them and lie, guy came out hour and a half later and was very kind to bust the 4 wheel nuts but while was waiting on them another mad rush up to 'Fruads for new locking wheel nuts. All fitted and sorted then 2hour round trip to Glasgow to pick up wheels from Ant who was very kind to bring them up from Japfest for me. Got them then stuck in football traffic on way home. Back to mates, cleaned up wheels and bosh first one on and centre caps don't fit, fucking pissed off :( as they look shite without the caps.

Not exactly the most serious of issues but just fed up after long day and the excitement of having new wheels fitted!

Sucky day mate. It's worse when you think it's going to be a good one and stuff like this happens. Hope it's sorted soon.
