Now it's my turn to show what I've got (and I really like it):

It's a SPARCO T-REX gear knob with RICHBROOK sleeve and leather gaiter bought off ebay.
To make it look like you can see on the photos I had to cut off threaded end of gearstick lever and another 2 inches.
