which gave me ideas :)

so this :

engineside.jpg

got replaced with

10-ga16%201st%20shot%20in.jpg

GA16

unfortunately the clutch was slipping with this and whilst i was still getting it sorted and testing it (private roads of course)

i smashed the central release bearing locking it in gear on xmas eve

so had to get trailored home of a low loader - which because the front bumper was bonded and it was so low ripped all the front end off :(

this is how low it was

Waynelowriding.jpg

so she got stripped out! over the winter

28-naked.jpg

and decided to do more to it

so the bonnet got flipped to open sideways
best pic i have unfortunately

these were purchased

makes sence... nut a twin engined micra would be sweet... had a mate who had a twin engned mini.. 2 escort RSturbo lumps in it... that was cool... 10 sec 1/4 miles...

sorting out the mechanical LSD lol

try get some traction :P

then itll be to fit the coilovers etc for steering should be nice!

just wondering are u gonna try and do a twin engined micra???? or did u just cut out the boot to save weight?

save weight my friend and i was gonna put my fuel tank there!

but plans changed through the course lol so now it just gives a base and saves weight :)

benifit of being able to do it all myself matey!

saves on LOADS, plus you would be suprised by the amount i have spent! it is very little as most the stuff has come through the business ( i use to modify cars and do engine conversions etc for people as a side thing)

the rest is just like modifying any normal car - standard exhaust, suspension, body upgrades!

and this has been going on for 4 years now aswell lol

in that time my daily runners have seen me go through 2 x GTi's - 2 x k10 micra's - and my vectra

good it being my side project as it means i can simply just take my time and use spare money - good thing working commission sales when you have a gob full of shite like i do :)

wayne

Mental that Wayne, mental.

I would of loved to of seen it sat in a standard looking Micra (sleeper style) but fair play pal, it'll be a triumph.

well i would and have honestly ANY a time wanted to - but the whole reason for making the kit and the extremeness of it was to show my work etc when i was doing it for other peoples cars, using it as a promo etc

many a time i have thought about putting 1 in a simple super s lowered and some nice retro dished rims

i prefer low sleek cars than fully kitted cars. but i did it for a reason

likewise would be a true sleeper aswell

Yeah well discreet Scott

If i ask nicely will you please go back to making it look standard with deep as fuck rims? Please :(

cant to be honest mate!

although - i still want a totally standard - on coilovers - with deep dishes -

the arches had 2" cut out of them for the wider wheels to be added also had the inner arches flared to accept the new headlights, front end can easily have a new one added but all the intake etc has been manufactured to fit
so that shoots that plan out the window

although one day - maybe when i ditch this one!

if im not dead - ill use everything in a new standard one just like little bandit lol

Great write up mate :)
The amount of work that you've done to this motor is just crazy, looking at it pretty much every aspect has been modified haha!
You're a nutter and I can just imagine you'll have so much laughs when its DET'd up.
Keep us updated, its gonna be crazy haha.
