My N15 5-door GTi Build...

right, mrs tommo says that it looks better with the grey vzr, almost like the lucino grill was a mouth, but the vzr looks like a nose. it looks like a toyota.

on the flipside i think it loks a lot better. deffo more aggro

Aggressive ftw :)
Cheers lads, personally I love it.. But I did love the lucino when I first fitted it lol, maybe just a change is in order haha.
Either way its staying for a while :)

Was thinking about painting it satin black, but I think it matches the colour of the headlights pretty well at the moment..?

50/50.... Looks good. Its not so easy to pull the black grill off, to make it work you need more black detailing imo. (wheels, mirrors, P2 Gti indicators)

Yeah definitely Dale, well I've got black foglight blanks on the way, and the black lower bumper grill thing..
Along with the black outlined P2 GTi headlights.
I'm planning on doing the black stripe between the two rear windows asap too ;)
Joe

Nahh I have no splitter because the bumper catches the floor when I meet speed bumps anyway.. So it'd be asking for trouble fitting a splitter.
Joe

I think I'll leave bodykits and that lot to the likes of Phil and Andy S :)
Mine's sleek, low and FAST (not quite fast enough yet though ;))

Could always have the bonnet done the same colour down the centre following the lines in the bonnet and then the mouth of the bumper...maybe a std P2 bumper with the 'mouth' of it done same. Maybe blend it all in a little.

Remember Andy did something similar on his when the Autech one was either off or being made. The black mouth gave it a wider look although his bonnet was carbon with sprayed sides.

^DroopyD had the same on his car.

Personally I dont think multicoloured parts are in keeping with the semi-sleeper look, but then it is very hard not to tweak the appearence of your car.
