well he was on about it earlier in the thread, I just didn't think he'd sell up after spending so much on the engine swap

You've found out how best to sell a car now, instead of using an advert and having the car on your drive for months, don't use an advert at all! I imagine this will lead to this theory being practised with several more cars over the next few weeks.
