Cheers dude! I thought I would change it as thats what most of you lot call me anyway :-p

JAE is only a month away, so I'm sure I will have to change my name again, 2 different names given to me in the last 2 years, so what's next?

Bring back Dan Schindler.

The car is in need of a service... trying to get hold of some NGK BKR6EY-11 plugs...

I can find the BKR6EY... but not with the 1.1mm gap... Does anyone have a link?

Cheers!

From what i've read, the 6EY's are discontinued. You can either go for the 5's as Dave said or get the Iridium 6's (BKR6EIX-11) but they are pretty expensive.

BKR5EY-11's are standard plugs.

6's are recommended for lightly modded engines

7's are for heavily modded engines.

Replace EY with EIX for their Iridium versions.

6's are standard for the later primera though for some reason whereas 5's are standard for the almera gti. This is according to Nissan.

not sure on heat range, but mine did need gapping prior to the dyno tune back then
Last time I bought iridium's from conceptua tunning off ebay, pretty sure they were almera specific and didn't need gapping or was I supposed to gap them? ... I guess you bought generic ones then dave

If they have a number on the end, they are pre-gapped i.e. 11 = 1.1mm

If not, they're not.

these guys still have stock of the BKR6EY-11,

http://reidforspeed.com/

nistro bought a set from there just a few weeks back

I gave them a call and they didn't have any either....

I have some brand new NGK BKR5EY-11 for sale, I don't think they will be any good for my application!

£12 delivered.

I decided to go for the BKR5EY-11, got them from a local motor factors... Cheers anyway dude!

Thanks to everyone for the assistance! :)
