Ok so some good news and some bad news....
Lets start with the good news!
- JWT S3Rs fitted
- GTI calipers fitted
- New discs and pads fitted
- p2 fog lights fitted
- heko wind deflectors fitted
- Arch rust temporarily stopped with some kurust/hammerite/corbswithadrill
- Harness removed (was really starting to piss me off)
- Started to tinker with timing
- My mate Seano now has a sexy p1 SRi
And the bad news....
- One of my wheel studs has a flat edge and I think the nut keeps coming loose
- Only fitted one goodridge braided hose as the other was being a total c-nut
- I cant get the timing right... I need a dyno day and most likely a FPR
- Gearbox thrust bearing is on its way out
- My polished car now has red hammerite on the arches..
- Insurance next month
