updates on the n14 vvl/ nos/ lsd project

Power down to a good mapper
They are like mates and have treated the car as their own cutting no corners.
They have told me everything along the way.
They have had the car for 3 months

Rev limit raised to 7500
making power to 7000

loud as hell

can't be mapped any better.

The car drive train has
lightweight clutch/ fllywheel
quickshift
lsd

Only making power to 7000 is it a de or something a ve should make power to at least 8500

Its a great figure for 7 krpm very impressive but should make more higher way more Ana 141 torque seems a little low too

Its awesome for only 7k yeh,....although i don't think we can comment on the actual figures that much as with anything......different dyno makes etc. I really don't wanna get into a dyno thing again but there's too much variation. For what its worth these dastek and dynojet always seem in line with book figures and what we expect from all the US results for ve's.

But yeh i'd be looking more at the graph and why it's only revving to 7500....i'd be revving this to at leat 8k and wanting power all the way to the red line

what header is on it andy? and exhaust?

baring in mind 20ve's are auto engine so the cams wont be designed to have power all up top.....

what exhaust are you running atm?

Got a temp plate on until my private plate arrives.

So there is more potential then?
Just playing safe now.

No sorry

They could have upped the rev limit more as its still holding power well.

Quick list of mods?

Now get it on a Dynojet for a proper figure. :whistling:
