VZR N1 project

We talked about this on the day when I was taking the pictures and we both agreed it was an ugly bonnet with the vents but it served its purpose well and was light weight but I'm thinking now it should be white

i think the bonnet loooks AWESOME!

But the grill lets it down, and the red wheels take the stealth look of it

Someone chop a 2-slat or VZR on it

I wont be spraying the bonnet white its ugly enough looking. The wheels will be painted next time I need Tyres to some different colour

so eh update, cars running beautifully, engine runs unbelieveably smooth and makes good power on standard ecu,

I still need to fit the rear trailing arm bushes, iv gotten a davies craig electric waterpump and fan controller, and am waiting on some nice simple racetech guages and some samco hosing to come for making a intake, iv also gotten a dastek unichip Q which ill fit when i get a loom for it it was a bargain so ill throw it in for now while i save the pennies for a link, im also gonna get a 4.8 final drive after driving a n1 with one sat its a must have,

oh and the car handles like its on rails, but in the wet teh R888s tend to aquaplane a bit.

i think thats what they are sam 4.7859328478 some shit like that,

drives real nice with one in had a go of kilcosdc's car on sat it feels good

i dont think so, he had the ecu in too and i didnt thrash it hard so i dunno.

i wouldnt think so though, as the gear ratios are still the same i presume when i change gear the revs fall back to the same spot as normal, it drives a lot better though there seems to be a lot more pull in every gear

It falls out by still but not by near as much and there is still good pull out of vvl with it.

You should have slammed gears damo, get a good feel of it, I wouldnt have minded:).

Great power as I said before fair play :).

Got my samco hose today, seems to make a bit of difference to power car seems to rev a little easier than with the bendy corrugated pipe, next up is to extend teh filter into teh wing area and box it off from engine heat, oh and fit a catch can,

Any thoughts on plumbing the catch can to atmosphere or back into the intake tract?
