Just on that law. It a bit confusing to me. Someone might be able to explain it a bit better. When I heard about it first everyone was saying that if the car is over 10 years old it doesn't need this test. What I don't know though is 10 years referring to say 1995 and older or is 10 years saying that once the car is 10 years old when its brought in it doesn't need it. If its the second one then all ye have to do is wait 2 more years and ye can get the N1. Ye should be able to get regular VZR's next year.
