Sounds good to me, I'm pretty sure gaim supports MSN conferences if not then I will have to *shudder* install MSN on my windows box

the time for the meeting sounds fine,
although i dont compleatly agree with a full flash site (remember some people still have 56k modems- they may not stay long enough for a graphic heavy website)
a site that incorperates flash parts but is not entirely flash based may be a better idea or at least a non flash option,
does anyone else think that we may need to update the logos for the site who wants to redesign them? i myself dont have enough almera picutres to do it atm.

could always have a vote and see what every one who will use it thinks.
Well the Logo deffo needs updating, and id prefer to have the two option of HTML & Flash available.

Flash I tell you! Tsk all sites should be flat text with, then those of us that use text based browser like lynx could use them to the fullest!
But seriously I was talking to ross earlier and I was saying how I am hardly ever offline even when out of the house/office, if we are going to have 2 versions of the sites, how about we build it around a framework that lets it render well on all broswers and devices eg,

Firefox
Opera
Safari
Pocket IE (at its a right bugger posting with this!)
Maybe even the new gen mobile phone browsers, I think its safe to ignore WAP these days!
The more devices.browsers it open to the high percentage of people will be able to reach us.
I'm a firm believer in making things open to everyone and not been tied to certain hardware/software requirements, just my two cent though. I will go with the majority vote what the masses want!

I think its something silly like 90% - 95% of users are running Explorer. this might be a load or rubbish im saying..... think I read that some where.
yea new logo sounds quite cool though.
