I used 15W40 because it's supposed to be high mileage oil, I've got 120k on the clock. The stuff I use is Castrol GTX High Mileage. Do you recommend I change oil then?

im gona try some 10W30 fully synthetic i think and check my PCV valve on the cover..

Cos it is mint when the cams switch and a red light comes on on the dash
You could even have two.. One for Intake and one for Exhaust cams
