What do you think i could get this for?

I paid £3750 for Br3n's.

They're so worth it. :)

De-cat and Apexi filter made a fooking difference on mine. They have a standard Sunny GTI manifold, so that crap will be coming off soon aswell :D

When you get it change the plugs and the air filter, mine was thick with mud (nice one Br3n  ) and the oil etc. You know the drill. You don't know how long it's been sat about for.

Parts are the same as the GTi as far as oil filters, plugs etc, but get the 6 range of plugs for the advanced timing as it will run hotter. DONT buy Champion plugs, mine cooked mine in a few weeks, these NGK's are still working perfectly and don't show any signs of any engine wear etc.

Don't use any type of Induction kit but the Apexi PI, I know, I've done it. Anything else is fucking wank, the Apexi has made a difference.

I'll be fitting better mani/downpipe and flywheel etc soon, so I will let you know.

Any info, just ask or ask Alan ;)

3k for an autech....thats ludicrous

an rust free 'era would cost you 2k probably more for a minter with that mileage
a VVL engine would then cost you a further 1k, and thats not including fitting
an autech kit would be ludicrously expensive, as every single part of the kit (including spoiler and skirts) are too big to post via the mail in japan, meaning a private courier would need to be sent...mean's big money
then you've got the fact there's only 2-3 of them in england
its not really a "mera with a bodykit" i think of it more as "a driver's car using the n15 chasis"

just sent this e-mail to jm-imports for you mate:

Hello mate,

I have been recomended to you from www.japnortheast.co.uk and www.almeraownersclub.com . I have been a member on JNE for a while now and have seen all the various top-notch car's you have braught into the uk. After reading your web-site, i am after a little information please regarding importing a Nissan Pulsar Autech. I imagine you know what one is, but here is a picture just incase! (http://www.almeraownersclub.com/newforums/image.php?u=2053&dateline=1175165278)

I am looking for a '96 model (so no SVA test) and no-higher than 45,000miles. The car MUST have the autech bodykit on it and be in good condition/great condition.

I have seen one advertised privatly in the u.k, belived to be one of only 3-4 in england (there are lots in Ireland though!). The car is a '96 model, has 42,000miles, has all the autech bodykit, and generally seem's in good condition. The price is labelled at: 4,495.00 GBP

Before i go and see it, a few people recommended me speaking to you, and seing how much "roughly" it would cost (based on previous sales maybe?) to import a fresh one in for myself. Do you think it would be higher/lower or roughly the same sort of price range to get one in myself. Please bear in mind any test's/charges i would encounter importing one through yourself, and weigh up the two option's fairly.

Thank you very much for your time, and i hope for a fast response, and to speak with you soon :)

I'd say it's worth it, if you wan't it......

I payed £2500 for mine last August....and it's a spotless example, I may have payed over the odds, but there was no more like mine around at the time...and I haven't seen one in similar condition for sale since.

i asked this

thanks for the info, do you have anymore info, like, bhp?, and with it been a jap import will i have to run this on high octane fuel? what is on the v5, almera gti? just for insurance? what year is it 96 or 97? , do you have anymore pics as i live 167 miles away?, i do own an almera gti, is the price the price or can we talk about that? would you take a deposit to hold it for a few weeks? thanks John.

they came back with this

Hi John, appologies for the delayed response. In answer to your questions, I do not know the bhp I,m sorry. It is advised that you do run an Import on the more expensive fuel however I have never known any damage caused by running them on normal fuel, the choice is yours. At present there is no V5 as with an import we have to register them with DVLA at point of sale, even so the log book would not give you much info. For insurance we know of two very competetive companies who will quote you on the infor you have, 96 Nissan Pulsar 2.0, the details are: Tett Hamilton 01275 792270 and Lifesure 0870 3661235, if you tell them you are buying the car from A6 Motors in Stockport they should give you some extra discount as we recommend them to all our customers. The car is in the showroom at the moment so its difficult to get any more pics, but you won't be dissapointed, its as described. With regards to the price we prefer to use the money towards the full package rather than having to cut back, this includes 12 months M.O.T, a full service, underbody wax oil (to protect the chassis), speedo fully calibrated from km to mph, fog lamp, fully registered in this country with UK plates, 6 months tax and a warranty. We would be happy to take a deposit to take it off sale, once we have completed all the work we can store it for a few weeks no problem.

I hope this has answered all your quieries and again appologise for the delay in replying, this was due to my computer playing up.

Thank you

Kara
