What power are people getting

I`d like to find out what mine`s kicking out (Piperx filter, Fidanza fly, & Janspeed backbox), but will wait `till JAE, & get it done there! :P

Unless anyone can hazard a guess?

I got 155.9 bhp and 131.1 ft lb the only mods were a pannel filter and cat back powerflow exhaust

155.9BHP with only a panel filter and catback...?

I got 119WHP (143BHP) with the same set-up...

Where in Livingston you from?

if it's less than mine, I'll buy you a donkey called Earl.

About 78bhp until I get my engine fixed.
About 84bhp with everything in order

No, it's not a bloody invalid carriage, it's a bloody 1.5 N16 :D

1 got 155 bhp out of my phase 1 gti

what mods are you running to get that reading??

mines a 98' P1 with 50k on the clock...

haha @ 24seven, mate if mines lower than that, no need to buy me the donekey, I'll feel like 1 haha...

bmc carbon air box superchip- dosnt really add bhp but dose make it a hell of a lot more throttle responive, cutom made cat back system, pre-cat removed main cat still in place

What's the insurance on that at 17 with those mods declared then ??

And quoting crank power when it hasn't actually been measured is a pointless exercise, but I'm sure you all know my thoughts on that by now....:P

minigibb_gti can you change your signature please as it has one to many photo in it and makes the thread go all over the place.

And Mark that sounds like another prompt for me to post my figures ? :D

Post them if you like Steve, but what I meant was that as your engine had been on a dyno then you're the only one qualified to quote what the power actually is at the crank.

Btw, did you stick it on a wheel driven dyno afterwards to see what the actual loss was ??

The Vehicle has never been on a wheel dyno but it would have been a good test to see the loss. I've done a few more mods since it was built so if I did it know I wouldn't get a true reading.
