Almera N15 Ga16DNE-T Stock Internals!!!!

Compression:
the is running std compression 9.8.1, I tried to put a thicker gasket but the knocking was a bitch, so i put the original gasket with 75LBS of torque, stock bolts handle this very well.

Gasket:
thicker gastek at low boost pressure wil detonate, so was running the car at 1,5 bar and no problem, but when it was running low boost knocking will come jejej

Pistons:
i cant put piston with lower compression cause nobody make this for ga16

Inyection:
water/meth prevents detonation

Timing:
also timing is set very conservative for prevent detonation.
 
I got t25 turbocharger with fm intercooler on my ga16de-t mera boosted to 0.6 bar pressure ,running 155 hp now :O
and still afraid to go any further cos i havent changed pistons.
How can u be so sure that wont melt or crack anything at that press.
Enlight me up,still want to go 1 bar though. :(

boost it up, i wont brake the engine at 1bar, if you have a good AFR it wont brake, the tranny may borke at 255 WHP

so have you put any special bearings in etc?

you say youve done the head bolts to 75lbs, what is the norm for a standard 1.6?

Im still waiting for the Gti Front Bumper and the GTi ph2 Rear Lights, on may 16 i will the dyno sheet, that should be about 450 480 whp
 
I completely forgot about your car, what happended to the 1.6 turbo?

the engine is store in my house, the thing is that the engine put 340WHP and 315 lbs/torque, and the tranny wont last any longer, i brake 3 tranny with that power. so i decided to step up to sr20det, theres more aftermarket and i spec to put a lot of power on it

Turbo looks very close to radiator...

the turbo is close to the radiator but is now problem the turbo has a cover that keeps the heat inside the turbo and dont heat the radiator to much, but just in case i remove the original hood lock so i can push the radiator a little bit to the front
