CoV's N15

A Guy on civiclife posted up a thread titled 12k miles EG Civic or something to that effect..

So you go in the thread expecting a fresh car... It was BATTERED owned by a careless old person crashed into everything, scraped along everything...
He paid good money for it aswell the whole thread basically consisted of..

'You mad....'

Not surprisingly it was owned by a margaret and I found an oxfam sticker in the boot. Luckily she didn't batter this one too much.

This isn't getting the Quaife for a long time to be honest.

The car was just on auto trader, bloke got all arsey when I said the panel was fucked.…. Can't get arsey if it's fact ha

Had a good day today as it didnt rain :) Got the underside and fiddling bits left to do which will be easier with engine out.

Even got Char helping :)

Andy I can't see it being too difficult to line the panels back up, lots if mounting points so should go back just where they came from.

Tempted to not plate over the bat cave anymore after having a good look up there with head in the arch. May just underseal it once a year. I would be surprised if any water could get through multiple heavy coats of this underseal.

Nope just brushed it out and got in there with the paintbrush. It's just a pointed roof to the arch where mud and water gets thrown into. It's hard to show in the pictures I have but if you pop you're head in the arch you will see just what you're dealing with. I would say N/S is worse for crevices and the seat belt mounting bolt is exposed in the arch too

Hmmmm side bump strips, leave black or colour code?

Removing completely will look too plain I think
