TBH mate I dont think the VZR skirts would work with the front or rear splitters at all, would be a rounded shape going to a flat one. The P2 ones always look good slammed

cheers boys, not sure about that chris - think it's my camera flattering it. leigh's is amazingly clean.
@ corbs - yeah i've been thinkin that a bit. i've seen a vzr with GTi front splitter and that looked ok, it's the rear i'm not sure about - rear spats would do the trick!
gotta be careful though, with the vzr rears that i want i'm basically just creating my own vzr!

right, had a little mess around today...
fogs are back, bit dark when i took the picture, black and white shows it better but i'll get more up another day... looks so much better with them back in.
also made me a leather gaitor and cut short shifter down a few inches. only thing is, if you look at angle in the pic - that's in neutral!! 1st and 3rd are really far forward, 4th is where neutral should be, could do with being bent back a bit. Anyone else found this with Fidanza shifter?
Finally, fitted blue dash LEDs, looks loads better...
Will put up some better better pics shortly, after 1 or 2 more cosmetic mods coming soon!
Also, hopefully coming soon - janspeed catback and resonated de-cat. When i bought the engine off stracynzski he e-mailed a dyno he had of the engine. It got 165bhp with just filter and exhaust mods
so hopefully with janspeed bits i'll be around a similar figure. :shades:
cosmetics are about done i think, any spare cash in the next year will hopefully be saved and go under the bonnet.

yeah, came out of his primera before he put a 20ve in i think.
seems a real good engine, like i say apparently rr'd at 165 for him, with not much done.
seems to pull better than the old one - not sure whether that's cos my old sr20 was so knackered or cos the p11 was bit more powerful anyway. Seems strong though and sounds better too somehow!

Had a bit of a play today, firstly fitted HEKO wind deflectors, looks better and no stupid wind rushing sound.
Secondly, OPINIONS PLEASE..... i had a mess around with some matt black and silver vinyl strip to see what might look good...
Just black strip...
And the next 3 with a silver pinstripe as well, i quite like it - just gauging opinion. If i keep it i'll get my cousin to make up some properly, (graphics guy), as finish ain't the best! Just wondered what the AOC boyz thought of it. lol.

yeah i can't work that gap out either, it's flush underneath - on the inside. but from the outside there's the gap. as if the lip on the bumper slopes down away from the wing?!
tbh wings need de-rusting around edges, they're just starting.
i think the strip works, better in the flesh like i say - the silver is more obvious and ties in with the wheels well. maybe a slightly thicker silver one
