No disrespect but thats a clear 10hp more than anyone on here with stock DE cams. Does ths seem odd to you?

I can send you the link of the dutch chiptuner. http://www.bullpower.nl/chiptuning/benzine/nissan.html. He gives 10 hp for the chip, lucky me got 14 hp. It 's like the jwt ecu only a dutch chiptuner. He only changed detenation and fuel. Do you have a jwt ecu included in your 177 hp?
even a jwt ecu doesn't give +14hp wow - my head hurts - fair play tho.
do you have a before and after dyno sheet to post too?
edit no stock timing 15* and 3.2bar of fuel pressure. with the poncams it went from 161hp to 177hp (untuned figures)

He did 3 runs before chiptuning, best run 161.1 hp. After chiptuning he did 3 runs again, best run 175,2. I thought i would lost € 399 for 10 hp but lucky me got 14 hp. Can you send me a proper link to your tomei cams mate so i need to know where i can get them from?

You need to understand that Dyno figures are BOLLOCKS, my car with cams alone, pulled 161bhp, then I fitted every other bolt on mod possible, header, decat, free flowing exhaust, good intake, lightened fly, fuel pressure regulator, lightweight pulleys etc, then it pulled 142bhp...
Dyno figures are nothing to rely on, its the quarter mile times that tell you how fast the car actually is.
You will not get to 200bhp without opening up the bottom end.
And no 20VE pistons are no good for our DE motors, you'll need N1 pistons for 11:1 compression or 16VE pistons for 11.7:1 compression.

S3R's proven to be very good Joes recently got some.. but more importantly there like the one of the best u can get before u need headwork inc uprated springs etc
