Don't see the obsession with the big scene discussions about Dub and shit.

Way I see it, guy bought a car, now he's modifying it how he likes. End of. Who doesn't?

i think there are some valid points on here

but i think the 'dub' scene is trying to hard to be different, i mean on one hand smooth lines and super clean, then rat, then monster power, then pure oe, then rediculous mods, which means that when someone mods a car that isnt a 'dub' then gauranteed that at least one 'dubber' will turn round slate it and say its been done 'its not dub' who gives a flyin french fucking shit if its dub or not, its just super annoyin that you all single handedly captured avery genre off moddin that other ppl/clubs had and instantly said that it was invented by dubbers, JESUS.

Imagine if everyone in the Jap scene slatted anyone who did something that wasnt a JDM mod...must be hard to be a dubber.
 
All dubs look the same to me, it seems to be slam it to the point its not practical and put tiny rims on it. i dont get it all but i can appreciate a nice one.

to be honest that looks gash but thats my opinion. those wheels would of looked better silver or black, but not a fan of those wheels.the blue and orange dont go on that car.
 
looks shyte imo, blue and orange dont go at all ,unless your trying to look like a childrens nursery or summin!? as said before would of done it black or silver, seen many lupo's that look good and none of them are ridiculous colours.

there's some mean looking cars in this dub scene but now i just see the dub wanna be's that stick a roof rack and suitcase on a mk2 golf! then they peel paint off??? wtf is the point? its silly tbh all these cars with no proper paint and protection? , unless you do it properly like this bloke near me has a pick up styly camper with a v8 porsch racing engine , painted to look rusty and dirty and all that ,but it really is somthing different!

Based on said Polo I'm not really a VW fan - feels well put together but to think the list price is £9500 and it has nothing of comfort in it at all astounds me
