I already have the longer studs Paul. Just trying to comprehend what it is you're making. Let me see if i'm right/wrong....

A slip on spacer to go over 4 extended studs, but unlike the ones you get on ebay, these will be accurate to the N15 hub and may or may not include an additional lip for the wheel bore?

For reference, I have 16x7 wheels with ET40, 215/45 Tyre. Now 20mm front is perfect, and 25mm rear also.

I’m guessing prices depend on numbers so why not start with a poll first?

Anything less than 10mm wouldn’t be worth it so how about a poll of

10mm | 15mm | 20mm | 25mm

I looked in to these a while ago and they can usually go from £40 to £90 a pair (that means 2 sides not both axles)

quick 2 minute sketch of the 15mm spacer, any less than 15mm and the centre bore will weaken the the strength of the spacer

Makes sense Paul not to go less than 15mm. I might want a pair of these for the N16 if possible? Just interested for now as I would need to get my rear arches rolled before I could fit anything like these.

once i know how many sets are needed i can find out how much bar as i dont want to buy excess alum bar lol,

6 sets so far, bump bump, anymore?

Sorry i didn't realise we were to put our name down in this thread, i'd like a set for both front and rear. Preferably 20mm on the front and 25mm on the rear but would hvae 20mm all round if that choice was not available.

Im opting for 20mm current got on rear to front 20/25 then get my arches rolled out :)

Then leaving my cars stance the fuck alone, & saving for respray

PITSONS/TITS damn its expensive!

Right ok, so up to now this is where we are with peoples requirements.

15mm
Stufa x4

20mm
Dale x4
Myself x4
Rich x4

22(F)/24(R)
Shaggy
Trug

20(F)/25(R)
Simcard

25mm
Psycho Ed x2

If costs are affected by the 22 and 24 sizes because of program alteratations and machine setting would shaggy and trug be willing to take a 20/25 set?

Anyone else as i need to know final numbers so that i know how much material to order,

Thanks.

Paul
