personally i think it looks fuckin awesome. i also think its great to see someone do something different in the almera world, looks wise.... i have got a lot of respect here, not only has chris pulled off the rat look, also pulled off sleeper as well to an extent, its nver going to win any show and shines but fuck it who cares..... its personal preference. could quite easily have gone for the clean 5 door gti look, skirts, bumpers, wheels....
