Looks good Ed, I agree with Chris, keep the wheels light gold. Think I might even get mine done a similar colour since it looks so good on black.
 
It so was Liam, big mixed grill El, was lovely ;)

Have to say after cleaning the wheels up it reminded me how good they look. They'll be staying gold :Thumbs: They've been dark and dirty for a few months so I guess it's my own fault for loosing the love and not cleaning the car!

Thanks guys, really pleased with the look and can't wait now until it's all finish, especially after the VZR skirts temp fitting!
 
If I had to critique the car the only let down for me is the plate.

It's more a personal thing, but I believe if you can't get the right thing then why bother getting one at all. (this only applies if the M16 was next best to N16).
 
The story is; my parents bought it for me one Christmas. They wanted to get J16 EDK. My birthday being June 16th. It wasn't available. So they were going for 'cool' and got M16 as in MI6, due to a loose connection to my enjoyment of Bond films. They didn't know (didn't remember) about N16 so that never came up as an option. The whole thing was a surprise so I had no input.

End of the day it's a gift and it's still a nice looking plate, and by fluke it's close to N16.

Where are the chops, steak and gammon etc?

Or maybe i'm just posh :)
 
Under the egg.

There's a whole chicken breast, and a piece of steak, with a big piece of gammon under it all.

Also, that is FAR from my biggest mixed grille I've had, or amount of variety.
 
No chance El, I'd be left with a useless plate then and would be rude as it's a gift.
 
cracking pics there mate, car is looking great with those wheels...gutted to miss me first ever Winchester meet, but not been too well lately so had to give it a miss, will no doubt catch up with ya at Japfest
