there are 2 dyno in kingston which are dynojet

there is one each in mandeville and montego but not sure of the type

Looks very good! I want a new steering wheel now

i tell you this: if you are getting a sports steering - get a fcuking MOMO!

the way the dam thing feels in my hand i cant let go of the wheel

my two hands are FIXED on the wheel while driving, and when parked too

only when i am changing gears my 2 hands are not on the wheel

i dunno what momo did, but it works...

i had a Sprint wheel once but it never felt so good

MOMO to the fcuking werl!

Hi Nizmo...Do you happen to know the names of the companies by any chance?

Hi Nizmo...Do you happen to know the names of the companies by any chance?

one is C.A.R.S. Ltd on 22 Dunrobin Ave, Kgn. 1 876 924 4147. the only 4wd dyno here. make sure you have your own wide band kit. theirs doesnt work

next one in kgn is Genesis at 14 Cassia Park Ave 1876 758 1224

lasted me 1 year and 7 months under some numerous 4k and 6.5k launches

now: SPEC stage 2
speckit.jpg

in the process of breaking in. 200+km so far. feels ok

also changed my gear shifter mount

now

jjshiftermount.jpg

noticed i didnt cut the bushing so the bolt could fit, i just rubbed down the head of the bolt where it's welded on the weight

btw, it's a 7/16 stabilizer bar bushing. part # on the box

took us about 20 minutes, including pulling exhaust flange

the bushing doesnt make any difference in the feel or anything, but i changed it for peace of mine. the stock one i took off was perfect but i had one burst on me on the track before

a few changes

SPEC kit sucked. Changed to an ACT extreme pp and oem disc

car not back to it's power level. it's about 189whp now

still able to do 13.6 last meet with 1.9 60'

competed in 14 sec and got a 1.815 60' and eased up 2x in the semi-finals and still broke out of class.

those runs were on slicks

this is the quarter final run:

more to come in 2012

nice pic, and cracking 1/4 times as usual bud!, i take it that the spec stage 2 kit just couldn't handle the torque? or did it just break?

the spec kit failed from the meet before.

just wasnt locking up

saw burn marks on the pp but the disc looked ok. no broken parts

loving following this car since you appeared on here keep up the good work :)

so at the last drag meet - feb 25-26, i entered JJ

made 4 passes on test and tune (saturday) with a best of 13.7

missed testing on sunday and went str8 into qualifying so i decided to sandbag and run 14 sec but my first run was 13.7. sigh

so i made a 2nd run and did 13.60 @ 99.41 with 1.911 sixty ft

missed 2nd on my 3rd run. we get 3 qualifying runs

made the 13 sec grid but car isnt fast enough to compete in that class so i gave my 1st round opponent a by-run.

action plan: change from 22" to 23" slicks and maybe a few tweaks here and there. with my 22" wheels now i have to go 4th on the 1320 which is NOT helping.
